The older version of quicktime cannot be removed quicktime.msi

You may be having this problem by trying to install itunes or simply quicktime.
Here is a simple way to fix this solution.
Download the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
http://support.microsoft.com/default…b;en-us;290301
Run the CleanUp utility and look for any string that has quicktime as a title.
Select the entries and click remove and exit out of the program.
You should now be able to reinstall quick time or itunes.
